Community Service
The Community Service guides students to develope, plan, carry out, and evaluate projects that improve their communites. Through these projects, members experience character development and improve critical and creative thinking, interpersonal communication, pratical knowledge, and career preparation. This program also helps young people build skills for family, career, and community roles. Community Service also holds an annual Outreach Project. With more than 220,000 members in nearly 7,000 chapters working together, these projects have a lasting effect on participants and those receiving the donation.
