Career Connection is a national FCCLA program that guides you to link their options and skills for success in families, careers, and communities. Through induvidial, corperative, and competive activites, members- discover their strengths, target carrer goals, and initiate a plan for acheving the lifestyles they desire.
Career Connection focuses on six main goals.

*Program Career Steps- Prepare with education, leadership, and work experience
*Link Up to Jobs- learn to find and land a job
*Access Skills For Career Success- pratice being productive on the job and promotable
*Intergate Work and Life- manage interconnected roles in families, careers, and communites
